Returns & Refunds Policy

At Birdhouse Prints, we want you to be delighted with your new artwork. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. 14-Day "No Quibble" Returns

In accordance with UK Consumer Law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • To start a return, please contact us with your order number.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging our prints and frames, but if your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass or a creased print), please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include photos of the damage and the packaging.
  • We will send a replacement out to you immediately at no extra cost, or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.

3. Return Shipping

  • Unless the item is faulty or damaged, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked service (like Royal Mail Tracked 48), as we cannot issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged during the return transit.

4. Exclusions

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or Personalised Orders: Items made to your specific requirements (e.g., custom sizes or specific colour adjustments requested by you).
  • Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital files, these are non-refundable once downloaded.

5. Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
